- Tuesday–Thursday evenings in December. Higher attendance than you'd expect — people are already downtown, and nobody has to give up a weekend.
- The first two weeks of December. Before travel and school breaks thin the room out.
- January and February kickoff parties. A New Year celebration or sales kickoff avoids December calendar chaos entirely, and every vendor has availability.
- Afternoon and early-evening formats. A 3–7pm party works well for teams with a commute and often costs less across the board.
